The SIO Method is a modern strength-focused approach to movement designed for every level. Our classes build deep, sustainable strength while supporting posture, mobility, and long-term resilience.
Rooted in the precision of Pilates and the progression of strength training, each class is intentional, challenging, and supportive. At SIO, we prioritize consistency over extremes—because real strength is built over time.
SIO classes are thoughtfully designed and scheduled to allow for hybrid training, mixing the best of strength, Pilates, and rest.
SIO CORE CLASSES
REFORMER
A full-body workout using the Reformer to build strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Expect slow, controlled movements that target your core, glutes, and deep stabilizing muscles. This class is low-impact, and highly effective.
Ideal for: strengthening the core, improving alignment, enhancing mobility and stability.
Class Levels: Foundations, Intermediate, Advanced.
BARRE
A low-impact, high-burn class blending Pilates, strength training, and ballet-inspired movement. Expect small, controlled pulses designed to fatigue muscles efficiently while improving balance and posture. This class challenges you to move like a dancer and have fun while doing it.
Ideal for: sculpting, toning, and improving muscular endurance.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Strength classes focused on resistance and circuit training using weights and functional equipment. Movements are intentional, form-focused, and designed to build strength without high impact or excessive cardio. Think strong, steady, and sustainable.
Ideal for: building lean muscle, improving confidence with weights, and strength without intimidation.
MAT SCULPT PILATES
A mat class rooted in Pilates principles and mindful movement. Expect controlled, intentional sequences designed to build strength, challenge endurance, and give you a total body burn using light weights and quick transitions.
Ideal for: core strength, sculpting, and improving muscular endurance.
MAT STRENGTH PILATES
A grounded, strength-driven mat class that moves with control, not speed. Expect slower sequencing, heavier resistance options, and intentional work designed to build deep, functional strength. This is where Pilates meets strength training — in a sustainable, no-rush format.
Ideal for: core strength, sculpting, and improving muscular endurance.
STRETCH & RESET
A slow-paced, low-impact class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. A blend of gentle stretching, light core activation, and breath-led movement to support recovery and mental clarity. Expect to leave feeling relaxed, centred, and reset.
Ideal for: improving mobility, core activation, mental reset.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
For a more personalized experience, SIO offers private one-on-one, and semi-private sessions tailored to individual goals, pace, and needs.
Whether you’re new to Pilates, working through an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, private sessions provide focused, hands-on guidance in a calm, supportive environment.
