Welcome to SIO ATHLETIC STUDIOS INC. By creating an account, booking a class, or attending the studio, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Attendance

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class.

  • The door locks at class start time. No late entry for safety and to avoid disruptions.

  • You must sign our Liability Waiver before participating in any class.

2. Cancellations, Late Cancels & No-Shows

  • Cancel at least 10 hours before class to avoid fees.

  • Late Cancel Fee: $10

  • No-Show Fee: $15
    Fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file.

3. Purchases & Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final sale.
    No refunds on:

    • Class packs

    • Memberships

    • Drop-ins

    • Missed or expired classes

4. Class Pack Expiry

  • 5-Class Pack: 30 days

  • 10-Class Pack: 90 days

  • 20-Class Pack: 6 months
    No extensions or transfers unless required by law.

5. Memberships

  • Monthly unlimited memberships auto-renew.

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to stop future renewals.

  • No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Private Training

  • Personal training / private 1:1 sessions are available by request only.

  • These sessions follow the same cancellation, late cancel, and no-show policies as regular classes.

7. Studio Rules

To keep our space safe and welcoming:

  • Follow instructor and staff guidance.

  • Use equipment responsibly.

  • Store personal items in designated areas.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class or suspension of booking privileges.

8. Payments

By booking with SIO ATHLETIC STUDIOS INC., you authorize charges for:

  • Class packs

  • Membership renewals

  • Late Cancel fees

  • No-Show fees

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment platform.

9. Online Services & Rentals

  • Online/livestream classes are not currently offered.

  • Rentals (grip socks, mats, towels) may be added in the future.

10. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
